How to Concieve

The first thing the pair that plans to concieve a child should do is to make sure both partners are completely healthy. Smoking, alcohol abusing, unhealthy diet, etc - all of this greatly affects men and women reproductibility.
In order for woman to become pregnant a fresh spermatozoon has to make contact with ovule in fallopian tubes of female reproductive system. After spermatozoon and ovule meet, they merge into one cell and cell nodivision (mitosis) begins. During repetitive nodivision embryo forms, then it travels to endometrium and in case of positive outcome starts to develop into fetal state.
In the middle of menstrual cycle there is a small period of time when its the most convinient to conceive a child. During this time female ovule stays active roughly for a day, and spermatozoa keep their viability for three or four days. Thus the best interval for ovule and spermatozoons meeting lasts from three to four days.
The most productive time for conception is the period before ovulation, when endometrium becomes very sensitive, and sperm (spermatozoa) has enough time to enter fallopian tubes, where the process of ovules releasing begins. In order not to miss that moment the pair should have sex every day in the middle of menstrual period. In case the partners prefer having sex once a week during several months, those attempts mostly have no result, the woman doesnt become pregnant. Therefore, to fix the problem in this situation its essential to accurately determine the time interval that preceds ovulation.
This interval for most women begins from 12th to 16th day before the next menstrual cycle starts. If the time of ovulation is determined correctly, womans chances to concieve are much higher. Nowadays many methods for estimating this period of time exist.
If womans menstrual cycle always starts at the same time, then the most optimal time can be easily calculated a month before conception. This optimal time is often 14th day before the next menstrual cycle. For calculating the ovulation period you can also use thermometer to measure basal body temperature. Such measurement should be performed daily after sleep. Approximately in the middle of menstrual period woman can notice that her basal temperature starts to increase (by roughly 0,2 - 0,4 degree), exactly this factor shows the beginning of ovulation. Theres one more method, based on uterine mucuses examination that becomes more watery and elastic (gains the ability to stretch out) before ovulation. All methods also can be used along with symptometric method, i.e. with instrument for naturalistic observation of birth rate used to prevent an unwanted conception. Such methods can also be used for determining the ovulation period and positive moment to concieve a child.
Besides that, a package of contraceptives effectively helps to determine accurate time when the pair should have sex in order to concieve a child, with that you dont have to take contraceptive medicines.
Also, nowadays you can purchase special packages of tools for estimating the time when ovulation should begin. Such instruments allow to set a starting point for the most positive and optimal moment when pregnancy should be planned and conception performed.
Most women have various signs to notice approaching of ovulation themselves, because of that they rarely use exterior methods. Such signs, that tell the woman about approaching ovulation, can be: appearance of pain, uncomfortable sensations at the bottom of stomach. However, the most handy and accurate method is ovulation test, which is very easy to use nowadays.
